In-Person Design Services

Design space must be located within the following Pennsylvania counties: Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware or Philadelphia

Standard Service

Our standard design service is suitable for most living spaces, and includes both 2D and 3D plans of your space, color palettes, concept images and FF&E Schedules (also known as a Source Lists), as well as all product sourcing/procurement from our network of reliable, high quality trade partners. It’s strongly encouraged to take advantage of our sourcing & procurement offering as we not only have preferential pricing from both trade manufacturers and online retailers, but we also have access to furniture items from brands who only sell directly to designers which are not available for public purchase. These items are often more unique, and highly customizable. This service, at this time, does not include management of other trades, such as electricians, plumbers, tile craftsman, flooring, woodworkers, painters, etc. If any of these trades are recommended for your project, you will need to contract with them directly. All design plans we provide will work within the structural footprint of existing walls and utilities to reimagine your space by recommending changes such as flooring, paint, window treatments, furniture, decor and minor architectural details (such as trim/millwork).

Design Fee: starting at $500/room*

*We offer a 25% discount for each additional room when purchased simultaneously or within 30 days of starting your first project. All service fees are non-refundable.

A la Carte Services

  • If you just need help figuring out a new layout working with the existing furniture you already have, this may be a good service for you!

  • Overwhelmed by having to fill in an entire bookshelf? Torn about how many pieces to decorate your fireplace mantle with? Then this is the service for you! Whether it’s a bookshelf, kitchen hutch, credenza, media center or fireplace mantle, let us work our magic and solve the puzzle for you!

    Please note, this is not a full design service, and you must provide all items to be used in styling.

    Priced on a case by case basis.

  • Overwhelmed by holiday decorating? Hosting an event with a strong commitment to a theme? Let us help! Whether it’s getting that mantle garland just right, or bringing your event vision to life, we can take the stress of it all off your plate.

  • Think of this as the perfect blend of our floor plan only and other styling services. If you’ve just moved in and are overwhelmed with how to setup & style your rooms, this is the perfect service for you!

    Please note, this is not a full design service, and you must provide all items to be used in styling. This is also not an unpacking service, we require all items being used to be fully unpacked.

  • Your ideas, your inspiration, and your feedback :)

    We have a new client questionnaire for you to fill out when you first start working with us which will capture your inspiration & vision for the space. From there, we rely heavily on your feedback throughout the process to ensure the room comes to life exactly as you’ve imagined it!

  • Absolutely! As renters for years, we were always looking for easy/renter-friendly ways to make our space feel like our own. We firmly believe that everyone deserves to have a space they love, and we welcome all renter projects! We do offer a slight discount on rental/apartment projects.

  • Yes! If your room is still mid-construction, we just ask for at least 70% dry wall to be completed.

  • Yes, as long as you are still able to get photos / measurements of the space. However, we will say it may be difficult to know exactly how you will want to use the space until after you’ve moved in, but if you’re looking to have everything done before you’ve moved, we can absolutely do that for you.

  • Yes! Please refer to our Event Styling Service in our A La Carte menu above. These projects are quoted on an individual basis, filling out our contact form will allow us to put together a proposal for your event!

  • From the time of our design kickoff meeting to design presentation, the entire design process typically takes about one month, but this can vary greatly depending on total active projects and revision requests. Following the design presentation, procurement and sourcing typically takes an additional month to have all items ordered and delivered to you, but once again, this is just a general gauge, and can vary greatly dependent on backordered items or vendor shipping timelines!

  • At this time, we only offer services within the United States.

  • Given the creative nature of our work, design fees are non-refundable. However, any furniture/fixtures purchases that are returned will be refunded, less any return fees and/or shipping costs.

  • Nope! There is no minimum budget required, however, we are happy to provide estimated ranges per room based on our experiences.

  • Absolutely! Whether it’s a sofa, a rug, a bed frame or dad’s favorite chair, we can absolutely work with any furniture pieces you already have and would like to incorporate into your finished design — we just ask that you let us know these up front!

  • At this time, we are very focused on the interiors aspect of our business and do not offer exterior services — but this may change in the future!
